Cross Roads hosted 29 schools consisting of 150 students and 45 adult coaches and adjudicators. Each classification advances three students to UIL State competition.

Cross Roads High School swept the regional competition in the 2A classification taking all three advancing State slots. Junior Luke Carnes finished first, Sophomore Alex Dickson finished second, and Junior Rachael Cooper finished third at the regional. Junior Katie Harris finished as second alternate to State and received a gavel for Outstanding Presiding Officer at the competition. 20 students competed at the regional tournament in the 2A classification.

Their sacrifice, diligence, and commitment was demonstrated in their performance.”
