Henderson County Performing Arts Center, in association with The Arts Angels and Hydraulic Services, announces auditions for “The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe.” This beloved children’s classic tale about the triumph of courage and bravery over evil is brought to the stage in December and features young actors between the ages of six years and those currently in eighth grade.
Auditions will be held Monday and Tuesday, Oct. 20-21 between 6:30 and 8 p.m. No preparation or experience is necessary. All actors are welcome and will be asked to read various roles from the play. Actors should attend both audition dates, if possible.
Principal characters are Susan, Peter, Edmund, Lucy, Aslan the Lion, the evil White Witch, Mr. and Mrs. Beaver, Tumnus the Faun, Fenris Ulf the Wolf, Father Christmas and various other forest creatures of Narnia.
