Commissioners Set Burn Ban
Henderson County Commissioners’ Court approved a two-week burn ban Tuesday, Sept. 2. While the west side of the county is much drier than the east, the burn ban covers the entire county.
Ignoring the burn ban is a Class C misdemeanor, punishable by a fine up to $500.
