On Wednesday, June 18, Henderson County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Investigator Wick Gabbard obtained a narcotics search warrant for a residence located at 107 Pritchett Lane in Seven Points. The search warrant was issued by Henderson County Justice of the Peace Milton Adams and authorized the search of the residence for methamphetamine.
The Henderson County Tactical Unit executed the search warrant shortly after 5 a.m. Assisting with the warrant were narcotics Investigators Wick Gabbard and Kay Langford, Sergeant Matt Jistell, Deputy Wayne Nutt, Lt. Kendall Wellman, Captain Bryan Tower and Major Botie Hillhouse.
Investigators seized a quantity of suspected methamphetamine, suspected zanax and three handguns from within the residence. The suspected narcotics will be submitted to the DPS Crime Lab for analysis.
Landon Wyrick was charged with manufacture/deliver of a controlled substance penalty group 1 over four but under 20 grams which is a first degree felony punishable by imprisonment in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for a term of 5 to 99 years or life.
Alona Rodriguez was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 3 less than 28 grams which is a class A Misdemeanor punishable by confinement for up to one year in jail and up to a $4,000 fine.
Bonds totaling $4,500 on Landon Wyrick and $3,500 on Alona Rodriguez were set by Henderson County Justice of the Peace Precinct 1 Randy Daniel. The two remain in custody.
