The Athens Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for Serenity Baking Company Thursday afternoon. Serenity is located at 201 Hillside Drive in Athens (903-675-2303). It is a breakfast and lunch restaurant plus fresh baked breads, pasta sauces, salad dressings, pizzas, desserts and entrees to grab and go. They also do homemade cheeses, take and bake pizzas, chicken pies and quiches. Call them about catering.
