A memorial service for Morris Wayne Kitzmann, 76 of Palestine is scheduled for 2:15 p.m. Thursday, July 23, 2015 at Houston National Cemetery. Mr. Kitzmann passed away July 4, 2015 in Athens.
He was born November 18, 1938 in Houston to Burnett Hugo and Mildred Vandergriff Kitzmann. Morris served in the United States Navy. He retired from International Paper Company.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife Myrtle Farmer Kitzmann, daughters Stacy Ann Frascino (Tim), Cathy Bleakley (Steven), grandchildren Mikayla, Cory, Matie, Lance, Skyler, Caleb, sister Carolyn Bonnin and a host of friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 8900 John W. Carpenter Freeway, Dallas, Texas 75247.
