The Celebration of the Life for Fred J. Scruggs of Eustace is scheduled for Sunday, April 17, 2016 at 12 p.m. at Tom Finley Park in Mabank.
Mr. Scruggs passed away on April 9, 2016 in Athens.
Fred was born in San Diego, CA on August 16, 1961 to Fredrick Joseph Scruggs and Shirly Irene Thomas Scruggs. He will be missed by everyone he knew and loved.
He is survived by children, Madisen Scruggs and Elijah Scruggs; siblings, Rona Turmel Kirk, Shawn Russle, and Loretta Scruggs; and many other family members and friends.
