Henderson Couny Sheriff’s Office press release
On Saturday, Aug. 2, Sergeant Matt Jistel with the Henderson County Sheriff’s Office performed a traffic stop on two subjects driving unregistered all-terrain vehicles on Huntoon Trail in the Cherokee Shores subdivision. While searching one of the subjects, Jistel located a baggie containing a crystal like substance believed to be methamphetamines. Kyle Dyslin a white male from the Mabank area was arrested and booked into the Henderson County Jail for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1 which is punishable up to 2 years in prison and up to a $10,000 fine. Dyslin was released from jail after posting a $5,000 bond.
