On August 14, HCSO Deputy Brad Beddingfield initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle on Harbor Point Road in Gun Barrel City for a traffic violation. While speaking with the operator of the vehicle, Deputy Beddingfield identified Brittany Miles as a passenger in the vehicle. During a search of the vehicle, Deputy Beddingfield located a small quantity of suspected methamphetamine in Brittany’s possession. Brittany was taken into custody and transported to the Henderson County Detention Center where she was booked in for Possession of a Controlled Substance PG1<1G. If convicted of the State Jail Felony charge Brittany could face up to 2 years in a State Jail Facility and up to a 10,000 fine.
A $4,500.00 bond was set on Miles and she remains in custody.
