Press release
A team of Henderson County deputies led by Investigators Brad Beddingfield and Kay Langford executed a narcotic search warrant on a Paddock Drive residence in Gun Barrel City Thursday. The warrant was issued by Henderson County Justice of the Peace Precinct 1 Randy Daniel.
Kristen Patterson was arrested at the home and charged with manufacture/delivery of suspected methamphetamines, a 2nd degree felony and a misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
If convicted of the felony, she could face up to 20 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
In addition to the drugs, the deputies also found items commonly used in the distribution and sale of the narcotics.
“Drugs in any amount, large or small, will not be tolerated in Henderson County under my watch,” Hillhouse said. “Every day and every arrest sends a crystal clear message to these folks that their business and activities are not welcome here.”
“Investigators Beddingfield and Langford are on the front lines of this campaign against illegal drugs and I am proud of the dangerous job they and all my deputies do, risking their lives and serving the people of this county.”
As Henderson County Sheriff’s Office Lieutenant David Faught, Investigators Josh Rickman, Jeromy Rose Brad Gray, Robert Powers, Cayce Hampton and Gun Barrel City Police Chief Damon Boswell and his officers raided the home; Hillhouse said a sign notifying the neighbors what was happening was placed in the front yard.
“When my team hits a drug house, I want everyone on the street to know we are there and what we are doing,” Hillhouse said. “Drug dealers cannot quietly go about their business in this county.”
Awesome job
