The Trinidad One Act Play has advanced to state competition. Performing “Alice in Wonderland,” under the direction of DeAnna Tart, the cast and crew qualified at Regionals receiving an outstanding rating of 1-1-2. Many students were recognized for their talents and they are as follows:
Best Actor – Miller Motley
All Star Cast – Eden Mizell, Hallie Airheart
HM All Star Cast – K.O. Ray
Outstanding Stage Manager – Corbin McClintock
Individual Ensemble All Star Cast – Miller Motley, K.O. Ray, Haley Stanfield, Heather Monroe, Jovante Hornbuckle, Devon Patch, Sienna Nelson, Saydie Wesson, Latoya Dawson, Antywon Shofner, Hallie Airheart
The cast will be performing the play 6 p.m. Friday, May 15, at Athens ISD High School Auditorium as a fundraiser for their trip to Austin.
