Mabank High School senior and winner of the Texas Right to Life Oratory Contest Caleb Lowry visited the Capitol with his parents Chris and Robin recently. Representative Spitzer, along with Representatives Smithee and Hughes met on the House Floor to congratulate the young pro-life leader.
