Henderson County Sheriff Botie Hillhouse Thursday awarded one deputy and two officers for their fine work during the most recent quarter of 2016.
“These people go above and beyond each and every day,” Hillhouse said. “This Office and the citizens of this County are grateful for their dedication to duty, community and the Office.”
Investigator Josh Rickman was awarded the Criminal Law Enforcement Division Deputy of the quarter.
The Detention Officer of the Quarter award went to Cpl. Samuel Addkison.
Communications Officer Ashlee Mills received the Communications Officer of the Quarter award.
Hillhouse said he plans to regularly, publicly honor the men and women in his Office who strive for excellence in their service to the people of Henderson County.
“Sometimes law enforcement is a thankless job, but I plan to point out the employees who consistently exceed expectations,” the Sheriff said. “Each of them makes our community safer and gives us a County we can take pride in.”
