Services for Xander Rebel Romero will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 9, 2016 at Hannigan Smith Funeral Home with Steve Adams officiating. Burial will follow at Athens City Cemetery.
Xander passed away on Aug. 3, 2016. He was born on May 17, 2016, son of Roman Carlos Romero and Autumn Marie Kelly.
He leaves behind his parents, Roman Romero and Autumn Kelly of Athens; twin brother Tex Cole Kelly; paternal grandparents Roman Z. and Maria Romero of Palestine; maternal grandparents, Dana McCormick and Brandon Linder of Athens, and Jesse and Patricia Kelly of Brownsboro; and numerous aunts and uncles.
Pallbearers will include Mason Ramsey, Cody Clary, Trey Browning, and Tristan Rogers.
Arrangements were entrusted to the Hannigan Smith Funeral Home Family.

I do not know you, but wanted to offer my condolescences. I, too, lost a baby in 1983. She was stillborn. I never got to hold her, so I can only imagine the pain you are going through , having had time with this precious little one and then to lose him. I pray that you are comforted in this time of loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
