Funeral services for Margaret Probst Moseley O’Harra are scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 16, 1 p.m. at Hannigan Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Athens with Bro. Tom Bragdon officiating. Burial will be in Payne Springs Cemetery.
Margaret passed away Sunday, Oct. 13, at Hospice of East Texas.
She was born March 30, 1930 in Gunter, Texas the oldest of seven children born to the late Charlie and Inez Probst. A member of Leagueville Baptist Church, Margaret, enjoyed working in the nursery for many years. Loving, giving, and doing for others brought her great joy.
Margaret was preceded in death by husbands, T.C. Moseley and Chuck O’Harra; a son, Clay Moseley; brothers Charles, Don, Jerry, and Bob Probst.
She is survived by daughters and sons-in-law, Jerry and Margie Huggins of Brownsboro, Kyle and Sandra Lynch of Owasso, Okla., Dan and Brenda Herrin of Flint; brother, Tommy Probst of Ennis; sister, Shirley Mayfield of Garland; eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
Visitation will be Tuesday, Oct. 15, from 5-7 p.m.
