Memorial services for Judy Kaye(Whitley) Fulton 57, Athens have been scheduled for 10:00 A.M. Saturday December 31, 2016 at Clearview Bible Church, 32651 FM 47, Canton, Texas 75103.
She was born April 26, 1959 in Perryton, Texas to the late James Wayne and Venetta Lynn Parkhill Whitley. She had been a resident of Athens for many years and had been a certified nursing assistant most of her life.
She is was preceded in death by her parents, brother; James “Lee” Whitley, sisters; Kathern Sirmans, Bertha Clark, son; Randy Rios, daughter; Jessica Rios.
Survivors include her husband, John Fulton, mother-in-law; Glenda Fulton, Children; Ricky Rios, Christi Rios, step-children; JP and Victor Fulton, brothers; Elvin Parkhill, Robert Whitley, Hansel Whitley, Jerral Whitley, sisters; Barbara Maislin, Rita Whitley, Sandra Whitley and 9 grandchildren.
