Erik Rhodes, 15, was born on April 9, 1999 and passed away on July 24, 2014.
He is survived by his parents, Michael Rhodes, and Carolyn Rodgers and step-father Bryan; sister Amanda Rhodes; grandparents Robert and Tresa Rhodes; great-grandparents Marie and Buddy Moore, and Donald Dollar. He is preceded in death by his grand mother Carolyn Dollar, and sister Jennifer Anita Rhodes.
Visitation is Sunday, July 26, 2014 at noon at Moorhead Epps Chapel. Services are Sunday, July 26, 2014 at 2 p.m. at Moorhead Epps Chapel.
Burial will follow at Moorehead Melton Cemetery, Eustace.
