Bobby Teague age 84 passed away on July 8, 2018 in Athens, Texas. He was born on September 9, 1933 to Royce and Elna Teague in Bryans Mill, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his aunt, Louise McGee.
Coach Teague was the High School Principal in Brownsboro for many years. He loved his years at Brownsboro and served on the school board, he was looked up to and respected by his colleagues and students. Before going to Brownsboro, he coached football, and golf at area East Texas schools. He also taught woodworking. Bobby also owned his own airplane and enjoyed flying. He was a faithful member of the First United Methodist Church of Brownsboro for many years.
Survivors include his loving wife of 64 years, Myra Teague of Brownsboro; his son, Alan Teague of Jacksonville; his daughter, Katherine Van Deman of Houston; his grandchildren, Brant Van Deman of Houston and David Teague of Lewisville, Texas; his brother, Bill Teague and wife Opal of Atlanta, Texas.
