On March 22, at approximately 2 a.m., Henderson County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Sergeant Matt Jistel arrived at the game room located a State Highway 31 and County Road 1405 in Athens in attempt to locate subjects with outstanding warrants.
Seregant Jistel found Justin Hunt from the Gladewater area inside and Justin had an outstanding felony warrant for Forgery out of the Athens Police Department. Hunt was also found to be in possession of a crystal like substance believed to be methamphetamines and a brown tar like substance believed to be heroin.
Hunt was booked into the Henderson County Jail for his outstanding felony warrant, along with Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1 1g
Hunt currently remains in jail, awaiting arraignment from a judge.
