Mabank Police Department press release
The Mabank Police Department is participating in the Great Texas Warrant Roundup that begins on Saturday, March 5. Officers will arrest people with outstanding warrants pending for Mabank Municipal Court. Those arrested for Class C Misdemeanors will be taken to Kaufman County Jail or to Mabank Court for disposition of their cases with payment or approved payment agreements.
Notices have been mailed to persons with active warrants. Defendants are urged to appear in person at Mabank Municipal Court, 129 E. Market St. in Mabank City Hall to avoid the embarassment of being arrested at work or wherever they may be found. The court is open Monday – Friday, 8:30-4:30pm and will be open on March 5 as well.
Mabank Police Officers will be apprehending defendants in the tri-county area, Kaufman, Henderson, and Van Zandt County.
