Jeaneane Lilly received the Community Builder Award from the Science Hill Lodge No. 211, A.F & A.M. This is the highest honor that a nonmember of the Masons can receive. This award was presented to her at Kiwanis on Tuesday, March 15, by David Williams- Worshipful Master and Clyde Kenneaster -Secretary.
Jeaneane Lilly is very involved in the community and serves on many boards. Jeaneane has been a certified McDonald’s Owner/operator since 2000.
She serves as the Northeast Texas Chapter President for Ronald McDonald house charities and also on the Ronald McDonald House board for Dallas.
She serves as a board member for Athens Economic Development Corporation, Henderson County Library and has served on the board for Kiwanis.
Jeaneane is passionate about giving and serving her community, this is why when she decided to give out scholarships it was based on how the students give back to their community. Most don’t know this, but Jeaneane reads each and every single application for the scholarship. It brings her joy when she awards the student the Lilly Enterprise’s Commitment to Education Scholarship.
Every year Lilly Enterprises honors the Firefighter of the Year for Athens and Canton Fire Departments. Jeaneane takes pride in shaking each of the firefighters’ hands and thinking the for what they do to serve and protect the community.
Lilly Enterprises serves in 14 communities and has grown to 18 stores.
Kevin and Jeaneane in 2014 received the Golden Arch award, which is the highest honor in McDonald’s.
