* AT 915 AM CDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE METEOROLOGISTS DETECTED HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE ADVISORY AREA. THE HEAVIEST RAINS WERE OCCURRING ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 2 MILES NORTHEAST OF EUSTACE TO 19 MILES SOUTHWEST OF TEAGUE…MOVING EAST AT 15 MPH. HEAVY RAINS MAY RESULT IN FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS…AS WELL AS STREETS…UNDERPASSES AND OTHER POOR DRAINAGE LOCATIONS IN URBAN AREAS.
