.THE GROUND REMAINS SATURATED FROM HEAVY RAINS OVER THE PAST SEVERAL DAYS. SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED ACROSS MUCH OF THE AREA TODAY AND WEDNESDAY…AS MOIST AIR MOVES
IN FROM THE SOUTH AND AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE APPROACHES FROM THE WEST. ANY LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN THAT OCCURS WILL CREATE ADDITIONAL FLOODING CONCERNS TODAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY.
