It’s time to think about YES! Classes for the Fall with Henderson County Performing Arts Center. We had such fun last year and we’re looking forward to doing even more this year. We will be able to go into more depth with Acting, Stage Make-Up, Set Design, Costume Design, Playwriting and Stage Craft including lighting, set design and construction and props. We will also do some Stage Movement and Stage Combat.
There is so much we have in store for the kids so we want to make sure everyone attends who wants to be there. We have room for only twelve students in the YES! Program this year so, please, reserve your child’s spot soon! The age range for YES! students is 9 – 13 years. There are a few scholarships available. Just ask about them.
After you have had a chance to let the dust settle from the beginning of the regular school year the YES! Classes will begin. The scheduled day is Thursdays from 4:30 to 5:30pm. The starting date is September 18. Each class will be an hour and will be held in the Black Box Theatre.
