The man who shot at a Chandler police officer in December has been indicted for Attempted Capital murder, according to the most recent indictments list from the Henderson County District Attorney’s Office. Rodolfo Leon Sanchez, 29, allegedly fired at a police officer 1 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 26.
In other Grand Jury news, Henderson County District Attorney R. Scott McKee reports the January Term, 2016, Grand Jury returned the following True Bills for the February 2016 Grand Jury meeting. In addition, 14 cases are indicted under seal.
