Cross Roads 4-H Club met at its November meeting this past Tuesday. Sydney Loftin led the Pledge of Allegiance to the American flag and Colton Hemphill led the 4-H Motto and Pledge. Ty Templeton was the club’s t-shirt design winner so a big congratulation to him! Club shirts will be ordered soon.
The guest speaker was 4-H agent Kate Pittack. She discussed the up and coming Food and Nutrition project and the County 4-H Food Show. The County Food show will be on December 3 at 10:30 a.m. Entries are due to the Extension office by November 28. There will also be a 4-H Food and Fashion Day Camp on November 21 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Cain Center. RSVP by Monday, November 14 to [email protected] or 903-675-6130
Cross Roads 4-H is rescheduling its December meeting to the first Tuesday, December 6.
