Entry to the Car Show is free to the public.
The cars will start rolling in by 7 a.m., with registration opening at 8 a.m. Registration fee is $20 per car, whether pre-registered or registering the day of. According to the Car Show Committee Chair Bill Hanstrom, there are already more than 100 cars pre-registered, but the grounds of the Mabank Pavilion offer lots of space for parking the show cars and the owners are encouraged to bring their tents for shade and plan to sit back and relax, visit with the crowd and enjoy the day.
Entry forms for the Car Show are available through the chamber of commerce office for those wanting to pre-register. There will be door prizes, t-shirts for all pre-registered entries, raffles and 50/50, and lots of good music to add to the festive day. The 2013 Car Show hosted over 170 entries and by all indications, a larger number is expected this year.
