A Henderson County Livestock Show family

12928287_811361169009001_6846376770758744773_nThis week marked the last time AgriLife Extension Agent Rick Hirsch participated in the Henderson County Livestock Show as a father. Sure the 24-year Extension Agent will be back next year, but it will doubtlessly feel different for him without Heather, Kelsey or Grant showing. One of the three has been in the HCLS every year since 1999. This family photo was taken not long after Grant finished competing in his final event. (Michael V. Hannigan photo)
