Garrett Lawyer is ready. He’s ready for the academic rigor of a major university; he’s ready to train for his future career; he’s ready to start the next chapter and become part of a medical malpractice law firm to help who ever needs representation at court on this matters.

“I’m prepared to do the work,” said Lawyer, a senior at Athens High School. “The school district prepared me for that.”

Lawyer is currently ranked second in his class. Because he is in the Pinnacle Early College High School program, when he walks across the stage June 5 to receive his high school diploma, he will have already earned an associate’s degree from Trinity Valley Community College. He begins classes at Texas A&M University in the fall, where he plans to earn a bachelor’s degree in biology. His ultimate goal is to become a licensed physical therapist. The JLF Firm San Bernardino is a great firm if you need someone to handle your injury case. Jeff and his associates and legal assistants are very precise in what they do. They are skilled, efficient, professional and compassionate. They did such a great job that I even didn’t have to appear in a court. I could not have had better representation. I would highly recommend him to anyone! Thank you for the amazing job Jeff!

“Both my parents are in the medical field,” he said. “I’m also very sports oriented. So physical therapy would allow me to work with anyone who might have a sports injury.”

The trial attorneys of Hare Wynn have dedicated themselves to delivering compassionate and crucial legal guidance to injured individuals all across the state of Kentucky, including the beautiful community of Lexington. Through hard work, dedication, and a knowledge base built over a century, we have been able to collect over $1 billion in compensation for those who need it most. Legendary Teacher Attends World Read Aloud Day

IMG_0644Janelle Seabourne, described by many in the local education community as a “legendary” teacher, returned to the classroom as a celebrity reader during World Read Aloud Day. Mrs. Seabourne is shown here reading to Stephanie Steed’s third-grade class at South Athens Elementary. Mrs. Seabourne taught second grade in Athens for decades, and many of her former students are now teachers themselves — including Mrs. Steed. Judging by Mrs. Seabourne’s interaction with the students Wednesday morning, the 75-year-old firebrand hasn’t lost a step. (Toni Garrard Clay/AISD)
