Humane Society Needs Help

dogsThe Henderson County Humane Society in Athens greatly needs a volunteer to answer our phone on Thursdays. If you are interesting in helping the animals at the shelter, this is a great way to do it! Please call Amy at 903-677-7387 if you are interested and make an appointment to visit the shelter and see if this is something you can do to help! Thank you!

Guitars Etc. Announces February Jam Session

Guitars

Saturday, Feb. 22, we will gather around the bonfire and it looks like a GREAT weekend to do so. Bring your instruments. We will run a power chord for a few small amps, but keep amps to a minimum.

Great fun around the campfire, so don’t forget the lawn chairs. Feel free to bring some marshmallows!

Bring a chair and an instrument for a great night of music at our monthly jam or just come to hear some great music. In the event of extremely cold or rainy weather we will move the jam inside. Can’t make this jam? Next Jam will be March 15 at 6 p.m.!
