Third-grade math and science teacher Jeannie Turbyfill is Bel Air Elementary’s Teacher of the Month. Mrs. Turbyfill is a 1998 graduate of Athens High School, where she was a drill team member all four years. She has two children: a sixth grader and a high school sophomore.
