Four arrested on drug charges

On April 9, Henderson County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Investigator Brad Beddingfield executed a narcotics search warrant at a residence located on Cherokee Shores Drive. During the execution of the search warrant Windell Robinson, Tiffany Tyer, Michael Robinson, and Darla Guthrie were all found to be in possession of suspected narcotics that was greater than 4 grams but less than 200 grams. All four subjects were charged with Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance PG 1 over 4 grams but under 200 grams, a First Degree Felony. Tiffany Tyer was also charged with Prohibited Substance in a Correctional Facility, a Third Degree Felony.

If convicted of the First degree Felony Offense each person could face up to 99 years in the Texas Department of Corrections and up to a $10,000 dollar fine.

Assisting with the execution of the search warrant were Henderson County Investigators Josh Rickman, Wick Gabbard, Cayce Hampton, Robert Powers, Deputy Kyle Pochobradsky, Patrol Sargent Matt Jistel, and Deputy Wayne Nutt.

  1. Up to 99 years for less than 7 oz of dope…yeah, that makes sense! I don’t think that’s good use of my taxes.
