Services for Luke Garrison, 44, of Brownsboro are scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday at Carroll-Lehr Funeral Home in Athens.
Luke passed away December 9, 2014 in Tyler.
He was born July 14, 1970 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Lester Gerald and Cheryl Lorraine Hearn Garrison. Luke had lived in California and Brownsboro. He was a 1989 graduate of Brownsboro High School and the first student to receive a special degree in Industrial Arts. He was always the class clown. Luke was an avid free style bike rider. He married his high school sweetheart, Lisa Warren in 1992. He was a friend to everyone and loved by many.
Luke is preceded in death by a brother Mark Jackson in 2008.
Survivors include his wife Lisa Garrison of Brownsboro; children Destiny Garrison, Seth Garrison and son by choice David Weaver and wife Naomi; mother Cheryl Garrison Harris and husband Fred of Tyler; father Lester G. Garrison of Benton, Arkansas; sisters Lorie Fox and husband Terry, Cheryl Hope and husband Jacob, Nyla Capeheart and husband Darren; brother John Jackson and wife Fusai, sister in law Tina Homayounkhah and husband Abe, numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be 1-2 p.m. Saturday prior to the service.
