Congratulations to all the award winners named at the Athens Chamber of Commerce annual banquet last Friday night.
The big winner for the night was Peggy Rhodes (pictured, photo by Carol Morton), who was named the Citizen of the Year. Peggy is extremely active in Keep Athens Beautiful and runs Red Line Power Equipment and Phoenix Landscaping. … She is someone who has worked for the betterment of the community for many years.
