Trinity Valley Community College’s presence was felt in a grand way when the world-famous Cardettes and Cardinal Regiment band marched in the State Fair of Texas Opening Day Parade Friday in downtown Dallas. Thousands of parade-goers lined the streets as the procession made its way down Main Street, serving as the official open to State Fair of Texas.
