The Trinity Valley Community College Department of Music will present “Mostly Majors: Music From Major Works,” on Sunday, March 2, at 3 p.m. at Dogwood Church (6467 FM 2494, Athens).
Selected works from Bach, Brahms, Beethoven, Faure and others will be featured. A melody of Gershwin favorites will be performed, and students will also revisit pieces played over the past several years.
“These will include works our audiences have told us they have liked from pieces we’ve done in the past,” said TVCC Choir Director Dr. Byron McGilvray.
