In partnership with Trinity Valley Community College, The City of Athens and The Texan present Infinite Journey: The Music of Journey. Infinite Journey is an internationally known Journey tribute band based in Dallas, Texas. Chosen out of thousands of tribute acts across the country to perform on Season 7 of AXS TV’s “The World’s Greatest Tribute Bands,” Infinite Journey is known as one of the greatest tribute bands in the country! Join us after the TVCC Homecoming Game to continue the celebration! Lead singer of the band, Donovan Duke, is a TVCC alumni. The concert will take place this coming Saturday, Oct. 27 at The Texan, a Landmark Venue.
The indoor concert is not yet sold out, so get your tickets today! Tickets are $15 and can be purchased via The Texan’s website: www.thetexanathens.com or at the door for $20. At the door sales can be paid for with cash or credit, no personal checks. Doors open at 7:00 pm and seating is on a first come, first serve basis. Music begins at 8:00 pm. Wine, beer, and Danny’s BBQ will be for available for purchase. Though past concerts have been BYOB, this concert is NOT BYOB. Food and alcohol sales will be CASH ONLY. Please plan to bring cash for food and alcohol purchases. There are two conveniently located ATMs in the downtown area located at Prosperity Bank: 101 N. Prairieville Street, Athens, Texas 75751 or First State Bank: 130 E. Corsicana Street, Athens, Texas 75751.
