Funeral Services for Tammy Suzette Smith Gonzales , 41, of Eustace are scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday, June 15, 2013 at Bois D’ Arc Baptist Church in Palestine with Pastor Mike Drinkard officiating.

Mrs. Gonzales went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, June 10, 2013 in Dallas.

Tammy Suzette Smith Gonzales was born March 18, 1972 in RAF Lakenheath, England the daughter of James Melvin Smith and Deborah Suzanne Felker Smith. She was a member of the Bois D’ Arc Baptist Church in Palestine and worked there part time. She was also very involved in the church and will be greatly missed by all those she touched.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather George Edward Felker; paternal grandfather William Lawrence Smith; and mother-in-law Yvonne Harris.

She is survived by her husband, David Gonzales of San Antonio; two daughters, Delaney and Danyelle Gonzales of Eustace; her parents, James and Deborah Smith of Eustace; two sisters, Heather Farester and husband Sean of Chantilly, Virginia, Shelley Fitzgerald and husband Robert of Bois D’ Arc; paternal grandmother, Flora Smith of Eustace; maternal grandmother, Patricia Renfrow of Athens; father-in-law, Robert Harris of Colton, Calif.; nieces Savannah and Faith Fitzgerald, Macy Farester, nephew Chase Farester and numerous cousins, aunts and uncles.

Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. Friday, June 14, 2013 at the Hannigan Smith Funeral Home in Athens.

Serving as pallbearers will be Rusty Smith, Benjamin Smith, Jordan Harris, Colt Harris, Ethan Jackson, Aaron Austin.
