Obituary: Reggie Howard Berry

scan0273Funeral service for Reggie Howard Berry, 47, of Timberlake, NC is scheduled for 2:30 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 28, 2014 at the First Baptist Church of Trinidad with Bro. George Couch officiating.

Mr. Berry passed away Sept. 19, 2014 in Timberlake, NC.

Reggie was born Sept. 25, 1967 in Athens to Reggie Lee and Lou Berry. Growing up he loved hunting and fishing with his dad. He graduated from Athens High School in 1986. He attended and graduated from Wyoming Technical Institute in Laramie, WY. With his love and passion for music, Reggie taught himself how to play the guitar. He then formed a band called Rogue Saints and recorded a CD.

He was a Baptist by faith and a charter member of New Genesis Baptist Church. The church was established by his dad under the leadership of God.

Reggie is survived by his mother Lou Berry, wife Christine Casazza Berry, sister Rachel McLaughlin and husband Scott, Nephews: Joey Webb and wife Amber, and Jesse Webb, Great Nephews: Kristopher Webb, Joshua Webb, Nickalus Webb, Cazzter Webb, Great Nieces: Bethanie Webb, Lynette Webb, Rosalee Webb, Uncle James and Aunt Fayrene Newell, Aunt Susie Perry, best friend Joe and wife Sharron Euger and several cousins.

He is preceded in death by his daddy Brother Reggie Berry, and grandparents Rufus and Christine Berry and Jim and Lillie Newell.

Serving as pallbearers will be Joey Webb, Jesse Webb, David Perry, James Wethington, Brett Currin, and Mark Floyd. Honorary Pallbearers will be Dwayne Newell, Jimmy Wethington, Ken Bedard, Joe Euger, Chad Worrell, and Jesse Fullerton.
