Man arrested for methamphetamine

On March 28, Henderson County Narcotics Investigators Kay Langford and Brad Beddingfield received probable cause for a search warrant at 208 Southland Dr. in Gun Barrel City. Narcotics Investigator Kay Langford presented a probable cause affidavit to Henderson County Court at Law Judge Scott Williams, who issued a search warrant.

Henderson County Sheriff’s Office Lt. Charlie Severn, Investigators Brad Gray, Jeromy Rose, Josh Rickman, Cayce Hampton, Robert Powers and Langford along with Officers from Gun Barrel City Police Department executed the search warrant.

Upon the search of the residence a quantity of suspected methamphetamine was located along with paraphernalia used in the distribution of narcotics.

William Shaddox was arrested and charged with Manufacturing/Deliver of Controlled Substance PG 1 over 200 grams. Shaddox remains in jail on a $10,000 bond and $976.30 fines.
