Deputy Hogan made contact with the female subject, identified as Rachel Rush, and advised Henderson County Communications what had happened. Other units were sent to the area to assist. A search of the vehicle revealed suspected methamphetamine. Rush was placed under arrest for possession of a controlled substance less than one gram. Rush was transported to the Henderson County Jail.

A perimeter was set up in the area to attempt to locate Lebleu. Henderson County Sheriff’s Office Chief Deputies Dan Parker and Botie Hillhouse took command and contacted the Texas Department of Criminal Justice K-9 Unit. TDCJ sent their K-9 Unit to the location to assist in locating Lebleu.

Officers left the area and a short time later returned to the area and located Lebleu at a residence on Hopson Drive. Lebleu was placed under arrest for an outstanding Parole Violation warrant and two arrest warrants out of Kaufman County. Lebleu was also transported to the Henderson County Jail.

On Thursday, Jan. 14, Rush was arraigned by Henderson County Justice of the Peace Precinct 1 Randy Daniel setting her bail at $8,500. Judge Daniel set bail on Lebleu on the Kaufman County charges at $50,000 total. Lebleu has a no bond on the Parole Violation.
