Henderson County Grand Jury Report – October 24

Jeremy Robert Lane has been indicted for murder, according to the the Henderson County Grand Jury report released by the District Attorney’s Office Monday.

Lane was arrested in August in connection with the stabbing death of Mark Groendyk, 27, at a party in Athens.

The indictments released from the the October 19 meeting of the July Term, 2016, Grand Jury include:

  • Derrick DeWitt Coffer, 54, indicted for Aggravated Kidnapping
  • Kyle Wayne Cliver, 49, indicted for Aggravated Assault
  • Breeangela Williams, 23, indicted for Evading Arrest, Aggravated Perjury, and Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle
  • Laurie Jean Perry, 56, indicted for Manufacture or Delivery of Controlled Substance
  • James Michael Littlejohn, 30, indicted for Possession of Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Firearm
