The Gun Barrel City Council last week voted unanimously to approve an Economic Development Corporation project for GBC Medical Associates.

GBC Medical Associates, owned by Jerry and Mary Moody, will be a medical facility that provides services with extended hours, similar to an urgent care walk-in site. However, it will be of a higher quality service than you would expect to find at an urgent care location, according to Mary Moody, NP.

Until now, they were running on Citrus Loans without having to keep a collateral. But now, GBC Medical Associates will be receiving a financed loan from the GBCEDC to assist in build-out and purchase of needed medical equipment.

The loan is for $82,400 and is for eight years with a one year grace period for a total of nine years on the EDC books at 2 percent interest.

Today, it is very common to have a number of small credits that may have been taken in different situations when the economic situation has been under pressure. Often the idea has been to repay the loan quickly, but it may not have gone for some reason. Instead of sitting and paying off all these expensive credits one by one, it may be an opportunity to samlar dina lån to earn thousands.

“This will bring additional medical services and skilled labor jobs to our area, and enhance our standard of living,” GBCEDC Executive Director Sean Overeynder said. “When both businesses and residents are looking at moving to a community, medical is typically high on the list for a quality-of-life criteria.”

Mary Moody said that not only will this be a practice that serves the needs of the family as a whole, but also the needs of veterans, if you are also interested on getting a loan approved click here for more info about online payday loans in Canada. When Councilman Rob Rae heard that this facility would have their two labs, he said, “This is great for our community. I’m in.”
