Sometime between May 22 and May 30, 2014 a 2000 model 30` Cobalt 292 Saltwater boat was stolen from the Diamond Oaks addition in Payne Springs. The yacht is white in color with illuminated yacht letters, blue stripes and was powered by twin Volvo Penta engines. The sign was made for Custom Yacht Signs services. The value of the boat is approximately $40,000.
On July 4, 2014 the hull of the boat was located in a field near Midlothian,Texas. The interior had been removed along with the engines.
