AHS Class of 69-73 reunion scheduled

Announcing the AHS Class of 69-73 Class Reunion to be held April 23.

When: April 23, 2016 from 4-10 p.m.

Where: Hart-Morris Conservation Center, 5601 CR 4812, Athens, Texas . This is located on the Texas Freshwater Fisheries grounds. Do not enter the main entrance or park in the main gate parking area. It is a non-smoking facility. No pets allowed. No alcohol in the center or on the grounds before 5 p.m. There is a designated smoking area outside the front door and BYOB may be brought in the facility after 5 p.m.

Directions: From Athens: After crossing Lake Athens on F.M. 2495, take the second right (Peninsula Point Drive, CR 4812). Drive 0.2 mile along the chain-link fence on your left and turn left through Gate E. Drive straight ahead to the parking lot; the Conservation Center is the first building on the left.

Tickets: Tickets will be $26 each if paying with Paypal. $25 each if paying by check. Limited to 300 tickets so Paypal is the fastest way to assure that you will get a ticket. When using PayPal be sure and print your receipt … everyone will need a receipt as their ticket to the event as proof of payment and ID. If you aren’t a PayPal customer, you can sign up in minutes. It’s super easy. If you do any business or buy anything on the internet, you need PayPal. It’s the safest way to pay. Once capacity fills, it will be first come and cleared funds, first served as far as tickets to the event. If you have a check pending to clear for the last two tickets to the event and someone purchases them with a PayPal account, you would lose out because their money cleared the bank first. Early ticket purchases will help to assure your seat at the event. Your cleared ticket purchase will have an exact time and date on it and be numbered on the master list by times and date.

Entertainment: The Bob Gray Band – Don Andrews, Butch Mizell, Clint Cross, Bob Gray.

Dinner: Catered by Danny’s BBQ – serving up Brisket, Sausage, Beans, Potato Salad, Relishes, Onions, Condiments, Cobbler, and Tea.
